Snow Lake Studios Guarantee
All Snow Lake Studios items are warrantied for life. If something should break, send it back to me (with as many of the original pieces as possible) and I will repair it. Repairs are free; all you pay is the shipping to me. Please email me (Cailyn@SnowLakeStudios.com) to let me know that you'll be sending an item back for repair so that I can send you my address.
Returns
Customer satisfaction is top priority at Snow Lake Studios. If you're unhappy with your purchase, you can trade it in for something else on the site, or return it within 30 days for a full refund, minus shipping costs. The best way to carry out a return is to contact me via email (Cailyn@SnowLakeStudios.com) and let me know that you are unhappy with your purchase. I will give you my address. Then send the item back to me; Snow Lake Studios is not responsible for return shipping. The item must arrive at my studio within 45 days of your original purchase. When I have received the item, I will refund your money.
Shipping & Handling
I ship all items by USPS Priority Mail at this time. Items should be delivered within 2-3 days of shipping. Most items ship within 4 business days of receiving the order; remember, I have to have time to make the item for you, unlike Amazon or eBay. The box to the right of the product's picture always has an estimated shipping time, along with materials and the price. I have found Priority Mail to be an excellent service; reliable, quick, and cost-effective. The final shipping cost is listed in the Shopping Cart below the subtotal. Shipping is generally $4.00 for a single item and increases by $0.35-$0.50 for each additional item, depending on weight. You will be charged shipping at checkout with your order. These costs pay for shipping as well as packing materials: biodegradable cornstarch peanuts, boxes, labels, and tape.
